A few words on Kamares

Kamares is located on the west side of Sifnos where you will also find the island’s port.

On the central shopping street of the village there are café-bars and restaurants by the sea, where you can taste the local cuisine and also international dishes.

Here, the visitors can also find shops, potteries where they can buy the famous ceramics of Sifnos, tourist agencies, car rental companies, a diving center, ATMs and a mini market.

On the two ends of the street there are bus stops. The bus connects Kamares to all the villages and the beaches of the island.

On the opposite side of Kamares’ bay, there is the white small church of St. Marina and the homonymous settlement (Agia Marina).
